I am trying to install/download the Crazy Talk 4 Web Player. It trys to 'Connect to Server', but never does. It fails to connect.

I have a great Internet connection (I am using it right now) and it should download.

Hi,

The Crazytalk Web Player is a two part install if you are using Internet Explorer. You must allow the ActiveX Control to run by clicking the yellow IE Information Bar.

As you have described the TTS Component will pop up an install box that says Connect To Server. I have tried this just now and although it did take a while, it did eventually download.

Note: The TTS Component is for Internet Explorer only.

Try it again when you get chance and see if it works now.

You could also try downloading the manual install file and running it:

http://plug-in.reallusion.com/presinsexe.exe

Hi Forum members!

I am having the same problem D/Ling that Web Player & TTS Component.
After trying to connect, with no luck, I get a pop-up saying the player failed to install.

I emailed Tech Support and they sent me the Player installer. The same day!

But she didn't send the CrazyTalk TTS Component.
I asked for it in my "Thank You" reply to Kelly, but haven't heard back yet.
When viewing the CrazyTalk Showcase web page, I get a prompt to install the "Player". It knows I have the Player, and skips right to the TTS Component D/L.
Is it possible for someone to post a different link to it? Or email it to me?
