I have music and I want to make the lips playing in time .
I want to make it playing jointly .
How can I do ?
I know that I have to seperate the voice ..
what the program is ?

If your music contains the vocals there's not much you can do about that -- the best approach is to sing along with the music yourself and record that.
Use that track for the lipsync and then put the original track back in.

And if you can't sing talking the words actually works better. Thing is there is no way to do it all in CTalk. You need to put the words in on CT output to an avi file, place into your editor, remove the soundtrack and add in the original music track. Line up carefully the vid and sound and you get perfect lip sync.

This links to an example I made. The iClone girl singers in the chorus were lip synced as I described. The lip sync is better than the live on camera singer who didn't always get it right. It wasn't done in CTalk but in iClone and the principle is exactly the same.
