Well I figured I'd say hello today, and let the staff here know how absolutely cruel you guys are around here.

I'm obviously a new member to the Iclone users community. So new in fact, I'm yet to actually get my full versions. I've been using the demo to IClone. Back on the 11th, I ordered the Xtreame Elements combo1 so I could get the newest IClone and a bunch of goodies with which to start working. Well low and behold, today, on a Saturday no less, I open the mail box to find a big package in a manila envelope. I rush inside and scrounge for my letter opener only to find the old Iclone2 box was not in the order. The Xtreame Elements had been shipped separately.

Now I realize, IClone 3 is out, but if you buy these bundles, you'll get the old IClone box, where you can then register it and get the real goody... IClone 3.

So here I set......On a Saturday....Knowing the Iclone 2 box was also sent out the same day, but stuck in transit....All these nifty toys....And no way to play with them fully until Monday, when I'm sure the other package will arrive....

Oh you guys are cruel....And I just wanted to let you know, I'm on to you... ;)

That is cruel and I totally understand how you feel. I hate waiting for things to arrive by post at the best of times, so I can imagine how frustrating it must have been to find your order wasn't complete when you opened it... and at a weekend.
