I've just bought and downloaded the Facial Expressions package 2, and then rather cleverly managed to clear out CT5. And of course, being doubly clever (Not), I didn't have a back up of the download of CT5 (although I do have the patch still. Amazing!). I have emailed support, but I'm rather desperate to finish a movie for showing at the club next week - so expedition of being able to download again would be appreciated.
I have a purchase number from Element 5 and a serial number for CT5 of course.
Apologies for being a bit dumb. Put it down to senility (77 next week...).

If you have registered your copy of Crazytalk 5 you can always re-download it from your Premium Members page. Just login at the link below. You can also request a lost serial number this way too. Good luck with your Crazytalk project.
