Added: Live Update function

What does the Reallusion LiveUpdate message box "Can not find any product for update" mean?

That the product/s is/are up-to-date? Or that RLLiveUpdate.exe did not recognize CrazyTalk?

Hi RKD,

At which point do you see that error message?

For me choosing Update Now (U) brings up the Reallusion LiveUpdate box (which is empty)

Choosing Product Information (M) takes me to the Reallusion Content store???

How does it work for you?

Hi RKD,

It certainly seems the LiveUpdate feature is not working for you as it should be. On clicking  LiveUpdate from the Start Menu it should place an icon in the notification area of the taskbar which then makes availabe the options I mentioned previously.

I'll let the team know of this and see what the resolution is. Thanks for the great feedback as always.

Pete

Thank you Pete.

Wasn't sure I got the message text right before filing a support issue. Let's see what the team will reply first.

Hi RKD,

It appears that the problem may be down to the OS language used. Apparently the behavior is different between ENU and DEU.

The team are looking into making changes to correct this. I'll let you know of any further updates on the situation.
