3DXchange 4.0 has been at Beta stage for a little while but has now finished. This was a private beta test but we posted several videos of the Beta on YouTube to show some of the features in action. Did Reallusion change there minds on 3D exchange 4. That seems to me to be the missing link to be able to bring any style character into Iclone would be a dream come true! Reallusion would have there content customers, but those people that use game engines like half-life sims wow you name themReallusion would knock them out the box! I they would go from nich software company to a major player the likes of Autodesk or adobe. Iclone would be the engine of chose for real time movie making and sim and such but maybe the industry doesn't permit that? Like the banks agree what the interest rates will be.All I want to do is see my ideas come to life! Is 3dexchange still coming out in March ? :cool:

I thought I saw a video using Photoshop extended cs4? with 3-d exchange..........

Hi

I have just got into modelling so am looking at buying software that allows me to paint straight onto my sketchup models most likely after converting them to obj file ..will 3Dexchange convert skp file to obj.

also I am going to need to budget for the paint program (most likely Blacksmith 3d) and 3dexchange as I need both to work together, so any indication of price. Also as I bought the Scifi sets I recieved a 30% discound on all content packs does 3dexchange cound as content ?
