Do a search on the forum, there are several threads on this but Nigel did a tutorial on how to do it with Magix Movie Edit Pro and by using his technique, I was able to do it with Pinnacle Studio and so I think as Charles says, almost any program can do it providing it has chromakey capability.
It has to do with simply masking out the green and then turning the opacity of your video to white - very simple really as Nigel pointed out. :)
