Hi,

Just starting out with IC4 - so all of this is a bit new to me.

I can't seem to select Pixel Rendering. It is in the Preferences popup but clicking it does nothing.

ASUS Notepad EeePc
Intel Atom
CPU N270 @ 1.6GHz
0.99GB RAM

Adapter: Mobile Intel 945 Express Chipset Family

If my hardware won't support pixel-rendering preview does that mean my final renders will look hopeless as well?

And looking at the Cards Comparability Table at http://www.reallusion.com/iclone/GraphicsCard.pdf

I can see a GMA 950 (Intel 945G) row - without Vertex, Pixel or HDR shading. :rolleyes:

So I guess I need a new machine to get these shading types?

Mobile intel... so I'm guessing you're on a laptop... then I guess yes.

If your on a desktop, just get a newer graphics card.

yes it is a notebook. I think I am going to the market this weekend to look at a new machine.:)
