The upper-right corner of my output (wmv) has a white box? How do I avoid that? My previous project did not have this problem. I'm a newbie, and this question probably reflects that.

Without seeing the output and your project it is hard to say what the problem is. Have you tried outputting to say AVI and see if this is the same? It will help track where the fault is. Perhaps you could also post a screenshot to show what you mean. :)

Here is a screenshot of the output. I get the white box with wmv or avi output. In order to get a screenshot I had to convert the wmv to flv. http://www.newbitrix.com/CrazyTalkScreenshotBobbyLeeWhiteBox.jpgI couldn't get the "img" to work here? so I sent the link

I still have the problem of the little white box in upper right corner of my video output. I narrowed it down a bit. The box only appears whe I use 2 models. My videos come out fine when I only have 1 model. Everything else works very well and I am pleased with the results (except for the white box). Here's a sample video with the white box http://www.doggyspace.com/journal/59435

Hi Steve, That's certainly an odd problem and not one I have encountered before. Have you tried making changes to the image size in Preferences. This would be worth checking to see if it makes a difference. If you haven't already I would report this problem to Technical Support who will be able to look into this issue for you and offer some things to try to resolve it. Please use the link below to report the problem. http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/User/QForm.aspx Hope you can get this resolved soon.

Thank you Peter! Just to let you know, I reported the problem to support and they recommended I install the latest video driver for my card. Seems I had a quite old version installed. I got the driver installed, and THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!
