Hi,
You have a few ways of doing this.
You could simply add an emotive to your character and this would give basic head movement. You can find emotives under Script.
You could also simply add one of the stock Motion Clips to the timeline, then extend it to the length of the voice track and this will give complete motion data to your character. Just adjust the intensity slider to get the desired movement.
Probably the best way would be create the movement is Puppeteering. This method enables total control of movement. It isn't difficult to use and gives really great results.
With all methods, once you have a good general movement motion file you can add it to custom and use it on any other character you wish.
