You are correct. There is a problem with the submission page at the moment. It may be a temporary issue but I'll pass it on anyway just in case.

Sorry...as I know...
the content submission server is different from others (Web pages, download...).
Recently, the server crashed with unknown reason.
Our MIS team has contacted them and asked them to improve it.
It's supposed to be stable now, but...if you guys found any problem with that.
Please kindly let me know to take further step for enhancement.
