One problem is that sometimes, in the output video, the talking head gets its beginning speech clipped off at the beginning. Of course, when the video is restarted in the player, everything works fine since it is then fully loaded. I suppose leaving some blank dialog space before each speech would solve this but that's a waste of the cool effects and wastes time for the viewer and increases the size of the file.

Not only to work around this problem but as a desired addition, I would like the ability to begin a video with an opening text screen (title, introduction data, advertizements, etc.) before the talking head cuts into the scene.
