Someone please tell me whatever the very simple thing is I am missing here.

iClone 4 - The tutorials make it look really easy. Just select the parent bone like wrist in the motion editor, click on it in the preview screen and move as you see fit and it magically moves looking almost natually.

Sadly, I've been clicking and scrolling and blah blah blah for hours and nothing moves.

Works fine when I click on rotate and move one part at a time but this whole parent child movement thing has been a no go.

So what's the trick?

Never mind the tenth time watching the tutorial I noticed a quick click the narrator made, he didn't mention it but while talking about the parent and child upper and lower are he clicked the Move icon at the top. Then he started moving the arm.

Devil's in the details.

Hey, I like your determination. That's how you win.
I also get stuffed on a simple issue sometimes.  And mostly they are all simple, you just need to know which button to cllick. Now that you know, it's done. And youre already onto something else.

Perseverance, honestly, is 90% of the learning curve. I look forwards to your output when you're ready! Most of us are bald from pulling our hiar out anyway. :P
Good for you.
Armstrong.
