3DXchange wont run after closing

I have installed 3DXchange version 2 off dvd it instals then runs ok but when i try to load the program it get a message from MS Visual C ++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error

This program has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way

Please contact the application's support team for more information.


I uninstal the program and re instal it runs once again then the above message

Hi,

It may be that you have a problem with the wrong version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 or 2005 Redistributable that needs to be installed to use 3DXchange. First thing to do is run Windows Update to make sure that you have these files updated to the latest available.
