how do i turn off all sounds so they wont be in rendered animation file ,, some sounds from stock props like clouds or whatever seem to be playing when i play back the rendered avi file. How do i get it so they wont be included in the final animation so when i use video editing software i can add my own music.

There are icons at the bottom of the interface for vocal volume and music volume.  Clicking an icon reveals a volume slider. Turning down the volume for music should also work for effects.
