My sfx is not working. After I add motion clip on my stage, the sfx stays a solid blue color. When I double click to add sfx nothing happens!

I tried adding sfx first and then doing my motion clip afterwards and it is (the sfx) (not allowing expansion of sfx)basically freezing.

Note: My SFX I am attempting is a simple photo, I have added many photo's before (No Problems).This feature has been working fine until now.

This is very frustrating!:angry:

When I first purchased this program, I had to completely re-install because my complete emotives section all of a sudden was empty and now this!:crazy:

I just went to re-install again and now my link has expired.

Please advise and Thank you :-)

Is there a way to reset or run a repair on this program?

I found the problem... I was not ungrouping my motion clip. With the the motion clip grouped you cannot add a special effect..SFX.

I just learned something:)
