I have a sword prop that I have created with a morth slider so I can make it as long or short as I wish this is working fine and as expected, but the problem I am having is if I want to make the sword "grow" over time.
I have looked in the timeline and used the collect clip to save the sword growing and select save to performance so I can select an action from the prop itself, but it is not saving the action so when I select the action from the performance menu nothing happens and I cannot see anything in the timeline.
Has anyone come across this issue or am I doing something wrong.
Cheers Chris.

Did you use the Morph creator to create your morph slider? It works for me but you need to use the morph creator first. Then animate with the morph animator. then collect clip. Then add to perform. (Yes lot of then!!)

Yes I used the morth creator first as I say it works as advertised but will not put anything in the performance menu (other than the name) looking at your picture I am doing the same and the same steps but nothing (No action) seems to be put in the perfomance menu and so I see nothing in the timeline when selected.
Cheers Chris.

OK after some more testing I have found this.
When setting up the morth slider to work over a series of frames and putting this in the performance menu, if I then leave the timeline as is then go to the performance menu and selected the action I have saved it then puts a new action in the timeline after the original one so have two actions on the timeline so it is putting the newly saved action in the menu, but if I now go and remove animation and start a new action by select from the performance menu then once again nothing shows or works as expected.
Very puzzleing
Cheers Chris.

I have the same result as you if I slect "remove object animation" but if I remove the motion morph directly in the timeline it keeps the "perform" morphs. I think the first morph keyframe at start have to be keept. Don't know why.

Yes but you can split the animation layer to keep only the morph animation track.
