When we change Material Plus on modern glasses, do we need to undo what we did before with CTRL+Z to try a different Material Plus?
Because when we do it again and again, it gives a memory error and the program crashes.

I tried the same operations with Fashion Accessories assets, no problem.
However, when we apply material to the glasses, it does not allow successive Material changes without doing CTRL+Z and gives a memory error.
This issue only happens in CC3. No problem with iClone.

You should report the issue in the CC section of the Feedback Tracker as it is monitored by RL technical and development staff.

OK, I downloaded the trial and had a crash as well when applying a Material Plus. Did you try contacting the author?

No, I didn't know I had to contact the author for this.
They did not give any information about this from the page I created feedback on.

I couldn't find where to contact, but found a link to the seller's website and filled out the contact form.
Thanks for the info animagic.

When we have a problem with a product, it's a little scary that it takes months to resolve.
I don't have a very urgent need right now, but I started to worry about what to do when we have problems that need urgent resolution

To download the Trial I was sent to the Market Place entry for the glasses: https://marketplace.reallusion.com/glasses-and-sunglasses.

There is a Contact Author link there (on the right).  

I agree, though, that there is currently no good system for reporting problems with content. The Feedback Tracker is obviously not adequate, so where can we go?

The Modern Glasses pack is not cheap, so there should be better service for these kinds of content packs.

It would be nice to have some feedback from RL on this.

I was considering that pack, and now I will wait for the fix, 
@yekoo kindly contact Author from marketplace link.
Even I was unsure and had contacted via forum but better is a PM or Q an A section of product itself.
