Can you post some screenshots of this issue. This may make it easier to see where the problem is.

This issue should be fixed in the iClone 5.1 upgrade due some time in December.
Apologies to everyone for the inconvenience this issue is causing.
The full iClone 5.1 upgrade is scheduled for this month (December) but I don't believe there is a temporary patch for this issue available now. All I can advise is that you contact the Tech Support team using the link below. They will certainly try to help you if at all possible.
