Weird problem with G3 New Look Characters

Hi,
when using the G3 New Look Character Robyn_Gown and saving after editing to my own needs it seems when taking it from the library to the stage that the legs became longer or the skirt shorter. It also seems that when taking the default one that the skirts end is underneath the ground. Any suggestions?

Can you post some screenshots of this issue. This may make it easier to see where the problem is.

Hi Peter,
thx for answering. I took a screenshot with the avatar loaded from default library (right), the one left is saved under custom avatar and then loaded. I think the behaviour of the right one is also wrong the skirt will interfuse the ground while walking? So the left one looks for me like an automatic correction, thought good, done bad ;) .

Hi Gabe..

This issue should be fixed in the iClone 5.1 upgrade due some time in December.

Apologies to everyone for the inconvenience this issue is causing.

Dear Peter !
Would it be possible for RL to release some temporary solution just for the Robyn legs issue - and then later release a proper fix alongwith the 5.1 patch?

I am to deliver some videos by the 5th of December and 4 of the 13 characters in my videos have bodies based on Robyn, and even though I thought I would be okay waiting for the 5.1 patch, because the videos dont use the lower body part, but it now turns out that I was wrong! And I am kinda desperate for a quick solution ! :( :( :(

Hi Sharad

The full iClone 5.1 upgrade is scheduled for this month (December) but I don't believe there is a temporary patch for this issue available now. All I can advise is that you contact the Tech Support team using the link below. They will certainly try to help you if at all possible.
