Facial Expression Packs 1&2

I purchased the CrazyTalk Facial Expressions Packs 1&2 - they install just fine - but they are ghosted out and do not allow me to use them - why not? I purchased the content, duly put in my serial numbers - internet connected - I have even reinstalled and restarted my computer. I would like to use the face packs I've purchased - I'm using the most current version/patch for CrazyTalk pro. (My video card is fine.)

I'd like to use these packs, does someone know why they don't work?

I could replicate what you are experiencing. The buttons are indeed greyed out. Just switch to timeline mode and drag the desired clip from the gallery onto the timeline and drop to any point of time.

I'll give that a try as soon as I get back to my computer with CrazyTalk on it! I did open the timeline - but I didn't try dragging and dropping. I've never had to do that before, I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be that way, but if your solution works, it's definitely keeping me happy while they fix it! Thank you! I"ll report back :)

The 'Apply' button becomes clickable if you first point somewhere on the motion clip track in timeline mode, at which position the motion clip will then be applied.
