Is anyone else having problems with the Marketplace Content Uploader. I tried both last night and this morning but all items fail. Just wondering if it's me or in general.

Sorry, I cannot help you shy. I've never been able to upload with version 2. There are not many attempts at uploading over weekends either as a rule.

Just did a test upload it took a while to conect but did work.

I just remembered something which may or may not work. The items that are showing in marketplace wth no thumbs - if you delete those, and upload them again, it may clear things. I had this issue once, the uploads didn't work right for some reason, and I had thumbs with the x in corner, so I deleted all of them from my store and then uploaded again and it worked.

Might not be the issue, but thought I would mention.

Thanks for the help and info folks.

I finally narrowed down the problem. I was copy/pasting tags and for some reason it didn't like it. Soon as I stopped doing that it worked fine although it is a bit slower than normal.

Hey everyone.
I hope I am in the right place to ask for help on this topic.
I am a beginner at this and tried to upload a character but every time I try to upload the content uploader crashes and I get an error message saying that the app has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
This stuff is new to me so there could be some simple steps I am missing.
Any input will be appreciated.

Installed Newer Version of Uploader 1.3.0401.1. Am I getting message "some files can't be uploaded" I know the newer version has category drop down now. I also know my file properties i.e. size etc are fine as I have done uploading for some time.

Is it me? or is the server having problems at the moment?

Sorted. It appears it was my Firewall blocking.
