Hi I Instal Win 64 Bit &
Instal iClone But Many Character & Props Not Command Use
Please Help Me .
i have a error " Error Adding Such (Move & ... ) Command


1- i Before Can Use This Command For Example ...

I think you will need to do some editing of the Horse.aml, but I'm not really sure how to do this. But if you have the Horse and Track pack, then in that pack is a horse very similar to this one and it has all of the motions already applied.

My understanding is that:

1) Move Command worked for Characters & Props, but now it doesn't?

2) What OS did you have when it worked?

3) What OS do you have now? Windows Vista or Windows 7?

4) What iClone Version do you have?

I have Windows 7 64Bit & iClone4PRO. All Move Commands work here. But, I'll check the white horse.

ADDED -

Arabian Horse Move Commands work, here. But only if I click on it again, after selecting the Move Commands. No Error Message.

I've found that some iC3 Content Motion Templates don't work correctly with iC4. According to Reallusion they changed the file format in iC4& a bug Fix request was sent to Engineering many months-ago. No Fix to date & only suggestion was to use iC3. However, This may not be the case with Right-Click Commands.

If you're having problems, left-Click on the Character or Prop, after selecting the right-Click Command. Try that.

ADDED - Also - Make sure you don't have the Play Scrubber at the end of the Timeline, when selecting a Command. If you do that, you get the Error Message. If you have your Timeline set at iClone's Default 2,000 Frames, set it to 18,000 Frames, then you probably won't..

1-Command Worked Before But Not Work Now
a- I sorted my files and folders that I Like.
b-Not Worked in Any OS (XP - Seven 32Bit , 64 Bit)
c- My iClone Version is 4.31.2517.1

2- Command Not Worked Any Default iClone Character . Such Benny


Please Help Me.

Does the Peform Command Work?

ADDED; I've checked the FAQs & can't reproduce your Error Message, here, with Benny or the Arabian Horse.

Send a Support Request to Reallusion Support. How to do that, here;

It may be that you have a corrupt Installation & need to Reinstall.

I think you may have "broken" the links to the motions when you "a - sorted my files and folders that I like."

I agree with sjonesdc sounds to me as if you have moved your Motions file and in doing so the aml for the commands are looking to the wrong location.

2 options

1 - move the motions back to where it was.

2 - Open the aml file and in the clips location enter where you now have them stored.

Can you do duchess's first suggest and move the files back? To change the aml files you would need to open them up in Wordpad and actually change part of the code. This has to be done for all of the amls. I would suggest duchess' first suggestion, it would be quicker.

This is the programme that I use to work on aml files.

You can add it to your preferences from within iclone. Top right corner of the iclone scene. Then it will be the default to adjust your aml commands in the future if needed.

Below is where you need to change the text to where you now have you files saved.

Launch the aml editor 

File open and go to where you have your motions saved

Scroll down until you find Animation Clips and expand to see Clip Location as shown.

Double click on the text to turn to blue and then type in the complete clip location path.

You will need to do this for every command which will be a lot of work. So it would be easier for you to put them back to the original location.
