I purchased Crazy Talk 4.6 and two additional voices.
When I click on check for updates, it tells me I have Crazy Talk installed but not the CTM bonus and Emotions. Where do I go to find them?

I did that before. When I do, it takes me to the Login page for Preferred Members. I login but see nothing there that lets me download anything other than "Redownload your purchase".
I am overlooking something but don't know what.

Could you give me the link to that page? I do not get the screen that you pasted. I hate to be a pill but I am rather frustrated. I want very much to learn to use this program and have literally spent hours playing with it and watching all of the tutorials.
By the way, your pic shows a patch for 4.6. I received the version with 4.6 already installed.

The screenshot I posted here is from the premium member page, right after login. Have you registered your software? In case there is still no download link I suggest you submit a new support case so an admin can look into this.
The reason why I see a link to a version 4.6 patch is that I already had earlier 4.x versions before.
