Really the problem is both the processor and graphics card. They are both approximately 5 years old now and made even worse by the fact that the Nvidia 5200 is a very low powered gpu and is not suitable for graphics intensive software like CTA.Ideally you would need to upgrade to a dual core processor and go for at least a generation 7 Nvidia graphics card. Very importantly avoid under powered graphics cards with low second numbers like 7200, 210 etc. For best performace something with a second number of 6 or higher will be ideal. 7600, 8800, 260 etc.
