Have you tried uninstalling popVideo Converter and reinstalling?

Hi There,
Don't want to hijack a thread, but I also have this problem, and already followed the support link above, but no answer yet. I realize it take some time, but I was wondering maybe someone learned something about the error and could help out?
Best regards,

Jakes

Hi Jakes,

The error code 19 can indicate a codec conflict on your computer. Here are some suggestions for you to check.

1. Have you ever installed Nero related software? If so, please follow the steps below to disable the Nero Codec?

http://faq.reallusion.com/index.php?action=article&cat_id=011009002&id=406&lang=

2. Please go to the following site to download Windows codecs and then install.

Win7Codecs:

If the suggestion above doesn't resolve this issue, it is recommended you try a video converter tool to convert your source file to WMV format. Then check to see if the problem is resolved.

If you don't have a video converter, you can use the FREE Format Factory.

Greetings:
I sure could use some help here. I have PopVideo Converter 2 and can't export to the popvideo format. I keep receiving an "Error 19" warning. I don't have Nero codecs installed. I installed the Win7 codec pack you suggested. I'm using Windows 7, 64 bit. Is there anything I can do to make this work? I can export the iWidget just fine and the popvideo export works in CrazyTalk Animator just fine, too.

Any advice you can offer would be most appreciated.

Sincerely,
Rod
