If the prop or accessory is default content that comes with all versions of iClone then there is no problem sharing the content for free.

If you wish to sell any content or sell/share content that isn't default content then you should supply the material library/textures only so users can add the textures to their own content. Sharing DRM content which includes objects from most content packs will result in a watermark being visible on any users screen when using the content.
