Urgent Help!!! I can´t install Virtual Studio 1

Hi, When I try install this add, the program install stop and say me in box dialog: Error code:7 Error File:Booth 01.rlc Error Msg:Filed to connect to Web Service. Please Contact Reallusion tech support or try again later.

Do you use a proxy for internet connection?

It seems to be a problem with registering my software, but I need to use it and support and are delayed 2 to 3 days to respond. I'm going to miss my job.

1. keep calm
2. try do download it again
3. check your internet connection
4. if you use a proxy, it will not install without help of support

Sorry to hear about your problems.

Please make sure you have updated iClone to the latest version (4.31.2517.1). This is very important.

Then try redownloading the pack and attempt to install again.

If the problem still exists then you will need to deal with Support who will be able to help you resolve this. Keep checking in your account to see if any replies have been made as sometimes emails get filtered as spam and can be missed.

I had to buy back the software to the database was updated, installing the software, the Internet means that I do seek is authorized to install. I do not know what happened when you buy the first time and could not wait for the support team gave me an explanation.:)

Hi, I got a similar problem with the scifipack.

I purchased it, got Dl links and stuff, and got a weird error message as you described.
A bit later I got an email from digital river that the payment had been refunded.

So in the end, something went wrong after purchasing (?), and I did not have a valid lisence, and I had refund to my CC.

reallusion support said I had to buy it again, so I did, and it worked fine.

Dont know if same issue applies to you.
