iClone 4.31 Update - Now Available

v4.31 (4.31.2517.1) released 20th January-11

  • Fixed: Memory leak issue in 3D view.
  • Fixed: Camera keys will now be removed from the respective timeline track after clicking on "Remove All Animation".
  • Fixed: The "Look At" keys which were previously not appearing on the light track.
  • Fixed: Loading issue with certain objects.
  • Enhanced: Content purchase entrance now moved from Backstage application to Reallusion City Marketplace.
  • Added: "Update" button for verifying purchased DRM content within the current project.

I am hesitant to update or upgrade iClone until I know what the license policy is for any updates or upgrades. If the policy has changed to the CrazyTalk Animator policy, RL has lost all my legacy business. See:

I'm noticing a small but annoying bug since I loaded this update. When moving a prop using the old system (not the gadget), the scroll wheel function to raise/lower the height of the object is no longer working. The prop just "jitters" in place, not really moving.

How can I back this update out and revert to the earlier version?

EDIT: Please ignore this. Seems to have come good all of a sudden. Don't ask me why or how!

I try Opera 11.01 and IE 8.0

1) Connect to the Internet, using IE8.

2) Launch iClone Program.

3) iclone automatic Updater notifies you of the Update in the Taskbar.

4) Click on the Taskbar RL Balloon Icon, to Download & Install the Update.
