There is no post processing in IClone rendering.
In Sketchup image there is a post processing , but the lines are original from a feature inside Sketchup.
Here is a image in Sketchup just with a smooth shader.

i said post work , not post processing. And by that i mean painting touch-ups after the render. Sorry if i was not clear. I love your work. :)
