Before I bought Iclone I had a basic membership. After I purchased Iclone studio and Crazy talk studio I went through the registration process by entering my serial numbers, but my status is still at basic. I tried to re enter the serials and I get the message that I'm already registered. Can some one please help. I want to take advantage of the premium downloads but I get the message to become a premium user first. Is there something else I need to do??
