in(5.3) looks like they have been removed. where might i find them?

I'm not sure which templates you feel are missing. In your screenshot you show all the Dummy templates. Are these missing or are these what you have?
If you are looking for the 360 Head Template then this is still included.
The 360 Head Template can be found in Composer mode under Head > 1_G3 360 in Content Manager.
If this isn't what you are looking for, please provide more details about what you feel is missing. Thanks.
