If the issue is reproducible (happens every time), please can you report it in our Feedback Tracker and provide the steps you take leading up to the crash. The tracker is monitored directly by the iClone team who will investigate the issue and give you a status update. The tracker is the best way to get issues looked into and fixed in a future update.
