Hi everyone!

I'm new to CC4, and I might be dealing with a simple issue, but I’m trying to import a character from Blender with custom blend shapes for the face. When importing it into CC, I’m getting an error message that’s not very helpful: “Error JSON Setting.”

I’ve used another character that’s integrated with CC, and it works fine, but with this new one, even though I followed the same steps, it doesn’t seem to work.

If anyone has any idea why this might be happening, your help would be much appreciated!
