What Ai software/platform do you guys recommend?
I have replica and its pretty good but not quite as robust as I'd like. Which platforms do you guys like the best for solid, High quality voices with emotion and inflectoion?

Not even close - Weights.gg (FineVoice is also great but more limited for the price).

Oh - I should note that for TOTALLY artificial (voice from text) Finevoice is the way to go.  I don't demo it in the video but the voice quality is shown in the video so you get the idea (and my discount coupon *might* still work for it, so you'd get 30% off if you are interested).

I have a whole video on using these:

You can also change your own voice on your own hardware.
You can do this with tools like W-Okada RVC  https://github.com/w-okada/voice-changer/ or RVC GUI https://github.com/RVC-Project/Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion-WebUI/blob/main/docs/en/README.en.md

Voice models for testing purposes are available here. https://huggingface.co/sail-rvc

I believe I used Mangio RVC to train my own voice models some time ago. https://github.com/Mangio621/Mangio-RVC-Fork/releases/tag/v23.7.0

Another alternative if you want totally free is i have an opensource project, Simon, that uses Microsoft Azure Speech AI.

Microsoft just updated the voices recently, and many got a lot better. You have to sign up for a free Azure account, but you get 500,000 characters free, which is about 10 - 15 hours of audio.

I recommend you to use https://audiomodify.com/. It's extremely wonderful.

Great interaction, thanks guys.
I need about 15 unique voices for my project. Are the free options you guys mentioned capable of that many? i know eleven labs is.
What are your thoughts on Voice.ai? some of their voices are quite nice but many of them are grainy.

Audio Modify looks neat, but pricey.

I use that as well.

The best free one I have found is luvvoice. Plenty of voices, no word limit and online so no installation.

Luv Voice uses the same voices Simon uses, Microsoft Azure Speech AI., except Simon has 83 English Language Voices.
I didn't bother to import the other languages because I only speak English. I could add them if anyone wanted them.
Just my guess Luv Voice will start charging or throttling at some point, because it is $15 per million characters if you are not on the free plan. To a company this isn't much to a company or an investor, but to me that could eat up my food budget if it became popular.
I could build a website for it, but after 500,000 free characters I start being charged and I can't afford it.
A few differences.
Simon allows you to add pauses. Simon allows you to set rate and pitch.
I am working on letting you change speakers in one script, hopefully by the end of the weekend I have that feature finished.
If anyone is interested, here is a sample of all 83, English Language Voices for Simon.
Now that I see people like the voices, I will build a website for Simon.
