I’m always looking for ruined or lived-in buildings. I found the Brentwood or Crestview houses (Analog Aesthetic) on the Market Place. These are a classic, midwestern look, with great texture detail in it! Great for close ups. I don't see patterns or sharp polygonal edges. The house feels rounded and organic, sort of warped in a subtle way! If you know of other kinda realistic, or surreal-ish models, please reply.
