CC GoZ plus plugin ...not compatible error

Hello,
In CC4 , getting an error ' Failed to install the CC GoZ Plus plugin due to absence of a compatible version Zbrush....only Zbrush 2022 and above is compatible'
Well..i have zbrush2024.
I have already done a fresh install of both zbrush, cc4 goz plugins...etc.
fyi.
i have also succesfully tried this on a different pc using zbrush 2024.

any insights would be great.

Hello,
I have updated already. Still getting the Failed to install the CC Goz Plugin ...... when i press the goz button in cc4.
Are there any issues of compatibility for zbrush 2024/2025?
I have submitted multiple times via help desk as well.
