Hi, I'm using accuRig latest version. I'm uploading fbx and did all the steps... then I say upload to ActorCore it actor count exceeded? Is there a limit a day?
the problem is that it won't show up Perosnal Actor so I can't export out to Unreal. It did work for a few hours, but suddenly stopped working. I'm windows 11 Thanks so much

Hi...
Do make sure you are signed into ActorCore first.
Then check the link below. If you have reached your limit of three private characters then you will need to remove one.
https://actorcore.reallusion.com/3d-character/myActor
Please Note: You can also export directly to Unreal from AccuRig if you wish. You don't have to upload every character to ActorCore.

Hi and thank you.
I'm definitely logged into my ActorCore account. It did work from the begining, but then i deleted the two old ones as you can only test 3. Correct. So basicly fresh start.
But they just won't show up. I also tried different mesh and also deleted my browser cache. I find it very confusing. You can't can't really preview free animation (arobic) with uploaded mesh unless you
goto into ActorCore right?
The Unreal fbx export and the downloaded arobic motion only fbx gives me the wrong skeleton. Why this is?
I find it strange that it just stopped working after few hours and that the  .

Hi and thanks. I was logged in. But why... ? I can remember I deleted all 3 .. to start fresh again. Then it kinda happend. from that moment they aren't showing any more.

Its working again. I did small uv fix on the eyes. And what did happen was It ask me to log in again. It was the same time I started yesterday. Could it time locked 24 hours? Just wondering or can you upload as many,, but only have 3 in your library?

Great to hear it is working again now.
It was an unusual issue and not one I've encountered myself. You can only have the three uploaded characters saved in your account but you shouldn't have problems if you remove one of the them. I would advise contacting Technical Support if the issue occurs again as they may be able find the cause and stop it happening again.
