Links in Video description issue

Hi,
Contest Rules say that the video description must include three links
Youtube won't allow me to place links in the description until they verify my ID, I have submited a few times now but it keeps getting rejected
I have put the links without the http so they are not clickable but copy and paste into url loads the correct pages so is this acceptable?
I can add the http as soon as youtube lets me.

Since youtube decided that my passport and drivers license are invalid for absolutely no reason at all, I am unable to use the advanced feature which is having external links in the description.
I am locked out of resubmitting ID to google for 30 days.

Okay seems that you are having trouble from Google YouTube and cannot avoid.
We acknowledge that and please submit your contest entry. We will accept it even without the three links. Thank you.

I am suggesting to have support for alternatives such as Vimeo in the future.
That includes Marketplace and Content stores as well.
(I am personally trying to distance myself from YouTube)
