Here is my WIP as I attempt to replicate Tanya Shelton, who is a Canadian DJ.
First step was to create a symmetrical face for Headshot.
The result was pretty satisfying!
Next she needs hair....

I made some high heels in Blender and tried to attach them in CC4 but unfortunately had a lot of trouble.
There is even specific documentation about how to do heels
Character Creator 3 Online Manual - Creating Custom High Heels (reallusion.com)
but my results were terrible
So then I found the Blender Auto Setup Addon and exported my character to Blender

Eventually I was able to get the feet posed and the shoes conformed successfully

Started using Marvelous Designer to make a simple dress.
Here is the wireframe.
Looking at this makes me think I should try to make some lace fabric.

Made some headphones so she can DJ. Added cat ears for extra cuteness.
Also tried to make hair. It looks okay, but I will probably redo it.
So finally she has a full outfit!
Might still add a necklace and/or bracelets.
About 70K triangles total right now.
