Hey, I want to make sure I correcly understand how the workgroup license works. So if I purchase iclone8 single time can I have it simutanosuly on each device, up to the numer of seats I purchased in team license ? or do I have to buy iclone 8 for each of the seats?

Hi...
As the Workgroup Owner you just have to buy the number of seats you need for your team. So for example, if you buy 5 iClone 8 seats then those seats can be allocated to team members who can then download and install iClone 8 on their computers using the Reallusion Hub.
