Hi everyone! Greetings from Sarawak, Borneo, the world's third-largest island. I decided to join the contest to put my newly learned skills to good use.
I created the character using the Character Creator 4 software and the Headshot 2 plugin. I used Alena Murang, a local Sarawakian artist, as the base model. Consequently, I named the character Sara, which is short for Sarawak.

Quick update...
Removing makeup generated from Headshot2 Pro option then sculpting the 3D head by turning on "Activate Sculpt Morph" and "Activate Image Matching Tools".
Inserting image as plane into CC4 as reference for sculpting 3D head.
