I'm currently having an issue accessing CC4 despite being connected to the "3D Character Contest 2024" workgroup. I sent a ticket to support but Lilian from technical support said I should request help here and said Eric could help me. Can someone help me with this issue?

From what I see from the contest WorkGroup backend, you are still valid and should have access to the software.
Let me address this to our team and check it. Once we have the answer, we will contact you directly with your WORKGROUP email.

Thanks for the fast response Eric! This issue is definitely client side as CC4 works on my home laptop but not at my school. Lilian has given me some suggestions so I'll try those out first. :D
