iClone Requires Purchase of Non-Existent Project Content

Hello, Reallusion,

I have noticed a very strange bug related to the import-export of avatars. We created a character and saved it without using any special content that needed to be purchased separately. In other words, all morph sliders are baked, and all assets used are standard. The character has no hair.

When we save it in iClone and send this project to our colleagues, they try to open the project to use it with LiveLink in Unreal or re-save it in FBX format, but this fails. iClone starts displaying messages that it is impossible to proceed because there is unpurchased content in the project. However, when clicking on the "Show Unpurchased Content" button, the program does not display anything. Additionally, when the error occurs, the program suggests purchasing the content. Clicking this button redirects us to an empty cart.

It is evident that this is some kind of bug that prevents the model from being used normally and comfortably. Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue and how we can resolve it? I am attaching a video to help you understand the problem.

Thank you.

all morph sliders are baked..

This is irrelevant. If you used any premium morphs (those having green circle as slider) and the other computer does not have premium morphs package (Headshot/Essential Bundle) used to create the character, you'd get this error.
Same might go for the premium skingen items. Both computers got to have same premium items.

If you have a developer account, you may upload your character as a test to marketplace and it will show on a content page what the end user might need to have installed in order to utilize the character.
If it does not show anything, then it may indeed be a bug of some sort.... If anything you may send the character to me and I will test it.
As ridicules as it is, that's the only way to find out in this case.
