I'm having an issue that I'm hoping someone may be able to assist with.
When trying to use the Face Key animation tool on a CC3+ (that was originally created in CC3), I keep getting the message below.
I can use Face Key, but as the message suggests, several of the sliders are missing.
The message mentions using CC4 to fill out the expression data.
So I sent the character to CC4, but have no idea where I need to go from there ?
Any suggestions ?

I figured it out
I still don't really understand why it happened, but I went to the facial profile editor in CC4 and it asked me if I wanted to convert the facial profile to CC4.
I selected yes and it seems to have fixed the issue.
