Metahuman exact global transform from dummy in iClone to Metahuman in Unreal

I have imported a metahuman dummy into iClone and sent the Unreal level meshes to iClone with Livelink. When I set the dummy in iClone as the source for the metahuman in Unreal via livelink, the metahuman gets the animations but the roots do not match between the two. How do I get around this? I suspect I have set things up incorrectly to begin with.
