Issues with custom created assets and Normals

I've created a custom asset that i want to import into CC4 as accessory but i can't get correct normals from Substance Printer to CC4
I've tried everything - Different tangent baking options, Normal Map formats, Channel flipping, Different import options. Nothing Helps - normals looks broken. Is there any idea why it might happen? 
I provide two screenshots from CC4 and Substance Painter to see the difference.

Ok. I found out what is happening. For those who is wondering about this problem. CC4 recalculates normals on import using Averaged normal algorithm. It is not the same as in other software, so the best way to get exact normals is to import\export model through CC4 before baking normals. Not the best solution but it works. 
p.s. RL your pro support is trash. Totally unprofessional people answering questions.
