Facetool update to Character Creator problem!

Greetings, I have this annoying problem in which my character is not what it seems in CC compared to Zbrush.
It looks like I have not got most of my Zbrush Normals and Subdivisions to CC.

Please refer to this video for the subdivision part to set it up. If following the video does not solve the problem, we suggest submitting a ticket with your CC model.
Since the support site limits file sizes to 25 MB, please use cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive to provide the file to us.
