Hi,
I exported a clothed character (the Kevin model) to Unity3D to setup Lip Sync directly on Unity with a custom solution involving changing the weight of the blendshape of the Viseme 1:1 directly on Unity.
I can see that the mesh CC_Game_Body has all the blendshapes setupped in the Viseme 1:1 (EE,Er,IH,Ah,Oh etc...) but the Ah and Ae is not working: they should open the mouth almost completely but instead they just move the lips.
Is there any particular step to have the blendshep correctly working on Unity?
In the screenshot here you can see the weight of "Ah" blendshape to 100% and it just move the lips a bit.

Blend shapes don't drive jaw bone movements.
If you want to bake the jaw and head movements into the Blendshapes you need to export with the option "Convert Skinned Expressions to Morphs".

Ok! It's working! And what should i do for the actorBuild? The option is uncheckable.

I am facing the same issue.
I cannot find the "Convert Skinned Expressions to Morphs" option.
Could you please guide me on where this option is located or how I can enable it?

Yes, sure!
In the Export FBX click on the gear (the number 1 in the screenshot) and it will open the advance settings. Then tick the checkbox on the right (the number 2 in the screenshot).
