Converted character to game character and saved by accident and now im trying to figure out how to revert him back or at the very least see the sliders so i can recreate him. any help will be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately if you don't have the original character saved in your library or elsewhere on your computer then sadly you can't convert it back to CC3+. There is a warning given about this before you convert which advises you to backup your original character as it's a one way process.
