When i focused the any program, other program is fps slowing down. How can i solve the problem?

I use the IClone 8 with Live Link extensions and Unreal Engine 5.4. The programs must run aldready both between comminication. When i click the UE5 or IClone 8 , other programs is slowing down. The animation is not efficiantly viewing. How can i solve this problem ?

I change the performance settings in Control Panel > Power Management doesn't work. I try open the Nvidia Control Panel, change the Background Max Fps, it's not work. I have already updated last version of GPU driver.

My laptop with 2 extended monitors and Nvidia GTX 3050Ti , Intel I-5 12500F CPU, 16 Gb DDR4 Ram and 1 TB Samsung SSD.

Sadly the graphic card is likely the issue here. The 3050ti is quite an underpowered card for this kind of real-time animation work.

If you are able to upgrade at some point you will notice a massive performance boost if you can go for a 4070, 4080 or 4090 card. Even a 3070 or 3080 will give a big performance boost over the 3050.
